Miami, the favorite destination for investors

Despite inflation and the constant increase in mortgage rates, professionals suggest that the real estate market in Florida continues to grow due to the large number of international buyers looking to support their capital with real estate in these lands.

During the year 2022, 24% of transactions were accredited to foreign buyers, which would mean 14 consecutive years of being the favorite destination for investors and real estate buyers .

According to a study published by the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the largest number of international buyers come from Argentina and this nationality represents 16%, followed by Colombia with 13% and Peruvians with 8% of purchases made by foreigners.

Despite the strong inflation affecting many economic sectors of the nation and increasing inflation rates, the real estate market in Florida will continue to grow. projecting itself as a stable market for investors who seek to back their assets in real estate that acquire more value over time.
